The Food & Wine Experience kicked off on Thursday, February 18 with the third annual Macy’s Gourmet Gathering at Macy’s Minneapolis. Three floors of food sampling from top local restaurants, culinary demos, fine wines and spirits.
On Saturday, February 20 and Sunday, February 21, thousands of people came the Minneapolis Convention Center to experience more than two hundred companies sampling hundreds of fine wines, specialty beers, gourmet cuisine and showcasing the latest culinary gadgets! They learned from top local chefs at the Local Chef Challenge and at the organic Fresh Taste Stage. Many attended wine seminars by celebrated winemakers and wine experts. And some discovered "The Reserve," an intimate tasting, featuring wines valued at $20 or greater (separate ticket required).
