Cabernet Sauvignon is often referred to as the king of grapes. In recent years, it has also become Washington State’s most produced grape variety. What makes Washington Cabernet different and how does the grape express itself in the state? In this seminar, we’ll explore these questions by sampling a selection of Washington Cabernet Sauvignon and see what has so many winemakers and consumers excited about the grape’s potential in the state.
